Nursery
We are excited to announce that Christ Church Streatham Church of England Primary School will be opening a brand new nursery in September 2025!
Our nursery will provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can begin their learning journey rooted in Christian values and a love for learning.
As a school-based nursery, Christ Church Streatham C of E Primary School (CCS) is proud to offer a dedicated early years team that supports a continuous learning journey and a smooth transition for children through the vital first stages of their education from age 3 to age 7.
Our nursery offers Free Early Education Entitlement funded places for eligible 3 and 4 year-old children, including:
-
15 hours of free childcare
-
The Extended Funding Entitlement of 30 hours, where eligible
To access the 30 hours of free childcare, parents must provide the school with their DERN (11-digit code) and National Insurance (NI) number.
Please note: You must reconfirm your eligibility every 3 months via HMRC. If you miss the reconfirmation deadline and do not reapply during the grace period, your funding will drop to 15 hours only.
Check your eligibility and apply at:
https://www.gov.uk/apply-30-hours-free-childcare
You’ll need your NI number or UTR (if self-employed) to complete the application.
In addition to the funded hours, parents have the option to:

Charges:
- Charge per 1 hour - £6.78
